Architecture Services

Architectural services involve the planning and designing of buildings and spaces, incorporating the aesthetics and organization of structures while conforming to zoning, building codes, and safety requirements.

Architectural services also include the administration of construction contracts acting as the agent on behalf of clients. We must protect the client’s interests, assist in negotiating with contractors for bids, and verify that contractors construct the building as designed.

Minimizing Disruptions

Many of our projects require extensive additions, remodeling, maintenance repair, and upgrades. Because most of these buildings are occupied at construction, comprehensive planning and phasing are needed to prevent disruptions to the Owner’s existing functions and daily operations. Our experienced staff has the knowledge required to plan these sequences and observe the construction to ensure disruptions are minimized.

Interior Architecture

Architecture typically brings to mind the exteriors of buildings. However, interior architecture is all about a sense of space, surroundings, a focus on aesthetic points of view and its emotional effects as well as its functionality for the facility’s people. We blend art and science to create, restore, or readapt the inside of buildings, like yours.
